I’m trying to install a Eurail pass on my ipad due to a malfunctioning cell phone, beut i heard that the previous record should be reset, so please reset it right now

When you ask Customer Support to disconnect your pass from broken cell phone you should mention your mobile pass number and the start date of your travel.
Unless you are planning to use the Ipad on your travel you are advised not to connect the pass to your Ipad.
