I’m a bit late to buying and booking everything, and im leaving for europe in 4 days. Right now im booking the end of my trip and one day i will go from wien to krakow. when i now check to buy the reservations it says it will be sent by post...which wont work for me as i leave home in 4 days :/ is there anything i can do about this or do i just have to wing it and hope there are any seat reservations left when i come to wien and ill buy it at the station?

thank you! :)

Interrail/Eurail is not the best place to book seat reservations as they add a 2€ booking fee per person per train + they mail some reservations by mail (10€ fee) while they're available online…

They also sell more expensive seat reservations sometimes (mainly in Germany and Austria, countries with optional reservations)

Use tickets.oebb.at (no booking fee) : add Interrail/Eurail as a discount and select one-way tickets

You can also buy at any station in Switzerland, Germany and Austria (at least). Don't worry, there will be availability last-minute
