Problems with the app

Hi! Sitting in the station, train goes in 15 min. Seat Reservation already done. Can Not find the connection in the app. Can Not add a travelling day. Shit!!please Help!

Always go to staff in such stressful situation, they will advise or at least let you hop on.

If the connection is not in the app (last-minute timetable change, splitting train, etc.) you can add the journey manually. See below:

However not being able to add a travel day is more serious. Can you post screenshots of what happens?

Troubleshoot non-functioning app in this order:

1 check your internet connection. The pass works online and for most functions offline (adding travel day needs to be done online) but it has problems with bad internet connections, it can work better in flight mode than with a sporadic or slow connection for most functions.

2 Shut down and restart app.

3 Shut down and restart phone.

4 Updates: check app store for updates, if it shows an available update then do so.

If it shows the app to be up to date then check when the last update was done, if it was right before the problem started then it could be a bad app version, this is fairly rare these days but it has happened that an update causes problems.

5 If none of the above works then delete and re-install the app, this usually gets it working again. you may loose some of your data such as trips planned or have to add the pass back.

6 if you have access to a second device you also have the option of transferring the pass to that instead.

Can't help find it unless you provide route, date and departure time.

Apart from the general troubleshooting steps, it's hard to help without details. In a case like this, please always provide a description of what happens, and a screenshot of any errors or of where you get stuck. "It doesn't work” is very hard to troubleshoot.

Thanks a lot! The Tip with searching Connections in flight-modus was very good. I add travelling days earlyer, when i have WiFi.  So i do Not get in "Last Minute" troubles again.  On this day i took a Bus and lost the money for the seat-reservation. But now i have the feeling, that it works and i can handle it.
