Hello I am trying to book seat reservations but am unable to proceed to Traveler Details in the checkout. The Traveler Details button is available and clickable, but nothing happens when I click it. I have all fields filled out properly.

It would be helpful if you can add journey details of reservations that you're trying to book since there could be various reasons as to why things are going wrong. In general, please double check that you have selected travelers you wish to make a reservation for. You could also clear your cart, log out, clear cache and cookies and try again or try a different browser. If the error persists, you can contact our customer service team so that we can address any technical glitches. If you are traveling soon, you can make these reservations locally at the station or check out the alternative reservations methods.
