i bought eurail pass , but i cant book the reservation
it is said no trains found.
usually how many days/weeks before the schedule come out?
because i checked a couple earlier the schedule is available

On the 15th december, the annual timetable change happens Europe wide. Not every planner seems to be updated yet.
Book indeed at ÖBB if you only travel with one train, choose www.bahn.com if your journey includes more than one train with (optional) seat reservations.

Yes you're comparing the same thing. Eurail is always more expensive, in some cases much more expensive. In Germany, Eurail charges €8 per person and train, while DB charges €5.20 per person and journey (also multiple trains), and accompanying children are free of charge.
On tickets.oebb.at, the same reservation would be €9 (no seat selection though).
