i bought eurail pass , but i cant book the reservation
it is said no trains found.
usually how many days/weeks before the schedule come out?
because i checked a couple earlier the schedule is available

On the 15th december, the annual timetable change happens Europe wide. Not every planner seems to be updated yet.
Book indeed at ÖBB if you only travel with one train, choose www.bahn.com if your journey includes more than one train with (optional) seat reservations.

actually I bought globalpass, so my 1st travel plan is from Frankfurt to Munich.
The best place to get reservations is rarely through Eurail.

Yes that's right. They are even cheaper than through Eurail and you get access to a seat map. :)
Alternatively ÖBB is cheaper at 3€ but the seat is assigned automatically.

I am trying book reservation (with my eurail globalpass) via eurail.
book 2nd class reservation for 2 adults + 1 kid
it is quite big difference for the price.

Yes you're comparing the same thing. Eurail is always more expensive, in some cases much more expensive. In Germany, Eurail charges €8 per person and train, while DB charges €5.20 per person and journey (also multiple trains), and accompanying children are free of charge.
On tickets.oebb.at, the same reservation would be €9 (no seat selection though).
