I paid but nothing happened

I paid and the money went out from the bank, but I didn’t receive any mail nor can I find the order from my order page… It shows that I haven't ordered yet but the money went out. What can I do?

Customer Support is currently overloaded with requests so you will probably have to be patient to get help. Please let Customer Support know on what date you are planning to start travelling so that they can prioritise your request correctly.

I guess that you will need to buy a new pass and then somehow will get the money back for the pass that you never got.
