So I’m planning my first interrail in my plan atm is to fly from Finland to Gdansk (real cheap) and start my rail from there! What trains should I take to get to Prague or is it just easier to fly straight to Prague or Krakow?

Thanks for any help!

There are 4 direct trains a day to Prague (3 daytime, 1 overnight). Since the journey takes over 8 hours, you could consider having a break in Wroclaw (from 12:48 to 17:13). But there’s nothing wrong with a 8h30 long ride through Poland and Czechia! :)

There's a daily direct train Gdańsk-Prague at 12:32

Just use bahn.com to find timetables.

(Edit: the random date I picked didn't show more direct trains. This again shows the importance of mentioning your travel date.)
