Adding friends to trip not possible

Hi, 

I would like to make all the reservations for me and 2 other friends. We all have our own mobile pass.

When I try to add other travellers to the trip with their e-mail and pass number, an error keeps occurring.

Can somebody help me?

Hi Anke, thanks for sending the screenshot. This is an issue on our side. As a workaround we can provide you with a Pass Cover number. Please provide me with your order number via a private message. Cheers,

Hi Nanja,

I entered their email and their pass number and it says it cannot be found.

Hello, I am having the same trouble. Pass cover number is required although I do not have access to it.
