i’ve been trying to add my interrail pass onto my sncf connect profile so I can book train seats directly on the sncf app (because sometimes i cant get them in interrail app). I needed to book a train journey which the interrail app said my be sold out so i went into Montparnasse station and asked them if they could help me book my seat reservation. they booked it for me and i asked if i could  have done it myself on the sncf website, which they said yes to! now I'm back home trying to book another seat reservation on the sncf, and I cannot find a way to tell sncf website/app that i have an interrail pass and therefore don't need to pay full price. has someone managed to figure this out?

thanks!

sncf-connect doesn’t sell Interrail reservations, but their InOui ticket machines can.

However you can use www.raileurope.com to book these trains. They have a connection to the SNCF system and charge only the cost of the seat reservation (no added booking fees).

The SNCF website stopped selling pass reservations about 5 years ago.

The SNCF ticket machines should be able to sell them but SNCF appear to have broken them again. I just saw some photos in a Facebook group suggesting that Interrail and Eurail have disappeared from the discounts.
