Good day, We are 2 travelers. Both passes are on my phone, and wevare travelling for more than a week without problems. However, now I need to book a reservation on a train, and when I want to add the second traveler, it says the surname and pass number do not match - while I copy them exactly from the app.
Can anyone explain this, and please help?
