Me and my girlfriend bought two global passes. 

She added me to her trip, but in my mobile app nothing changed and i cant ser the reservations that She made. There is something we can do? Are we doing something wrong?

You can only share the reservations as pdf as far as i am aware. They are only in the app for the account that purchased them.

There is no synchronisation between apps on different phones. In addition, reservations are completely separate from the pass and won't appear in the Rail Planner app, except if you book them via Interrail and then only for the person who booked them and only if they log into their Interrail account via the app.

Booking reservations via Interrail however is not recommended, for multiple reasons. Instead, use this page as a guide:
