Advice needed re:train supplements Germany to France

Hi

I’ll be travelling with my son on our Global Interrail passes for a month. I’ve booked two seat reservations from Hamburg to Paris for 11th July. I’ve just discovered that there is an additional  supplement for passholders on routes between Germany and France. My reservations don’t mention this but I understand that standard Pass seat reservations are €5.50 whereas I’ve paid £€22 for each reservation. Does anyone know if this means that I’ve definitely paid the extra Pass supplement? It’s imperative we catch that train as our Eurostar home depends on us getting to Paris!

The TGVs and ICEs between Germany and France have a pass reservation of €19 (DB price) or €20 (SNCF price, also sold by Interrail and Rail Europe). This includes a reservation. Regular €5.50/€6.90 DB reservations are not valid.

If you've paid €22 (€20 plus booking fee), then you don't need anything extra.

Interrail/Eurail finally added those trains in the supplement section and IMO it’s quite well explained there: https://www.interrail.com/en/plan-your-trip/reservations/trains-with-additional-supplements
