I want to take the new Berlin to Paris direct (20 July 2025) and want to know about the seat reservation. From what I can find on the DB site that reservations can only be done from 15 days before. Can anyone who took this train please confirmthis?

I tried to book with Deutsche Bahn and still get the message
That means that you selected "Seat only”, which you should not do for these pass reservations.
