I need to go from bern to rome by train in july 8th (afternoon) and if possible sleeping on the train but i cant see any train for that days or route. Can anyone please help me?

Italian railways haven't published their summer timetable yet. I think it will be at least another month before they publish it. But you can check the timetable for e.g. next week on the same day of week to get an idea.
