un mese fa abbiamo fatto la prenotazione (purtroppo solo cartacea!) per un treno Eurocity Milano - Friburgo. Il biglietto pare fermo a Bologna e non ci è ancora arrivato !!

We did our reservation directly on Interrail site. The package started the 15 of June from NL to Italy, but returned in NL and now it se s to be in Bologna, an odissey … the package with our tickets had to arrive on 15/18 July and I fear they’ll never arrive.
it was’t possible to do a reserve on Trenitalia, OBB or DB, so we decided to do it there. Do you think we can require a refund to Interrail?

You can make that travel without reservations. Take a regional train from Milano to Chiasso or Lugano. From Chiasso/Lugano to Freiburg no reservation is needed. If you want, you can make a reservation from Lugano to Freiburg at DB.
