Seat reservations for domestic TGV's can generally be booked 4 months in advance, and are announced on https://www.sncf-connect.com/aide/l-ouverture-des-ventes
For travel between 08 Jan 2026 and 29 Mar 2026, sales start November 12, 2025.

Does anyone know when italian tickets for March are going to be released
Whenever Trenitalia feel like it. They don't release them for all trains in one go but rather bit by bit. Maybe in December, but it can also be much later, depending on which train you want to book.
The good thing is that trains in Italy are not often fully booked.
