Sono a Brugge(Belgio), mi mancano 2 giorni di viaggio di cui l'ultimo è quello di rientro in Italia (Bologna) . Potete darmi qualche consiglio? Non vorrei, però,  pagare nessun supplemento...

For sleeper trains, you will have to pay extra. A couchette in a shared compartment is usually slightly more than what a hostel bed would cost, but it's quite efficient use of time. If you want to limit supplements, travel first to Brussels and then towards Cologne on ICE, and from Cologne to somewhere in Southern Germany: eg. Munich, where the next day you have two daily direct Railjet to Bologna, €10-€15 supplement required. German domestic ICE's and the ICE from Brussels have optional reservations and no supplements.

Get a sleeper or day trains to Zurich on day 1.

Use your second day to get from Zurich to Bologna.

Alternatively, get day trains to Munich or Vienna, then a sleeper to Bologna. This only uses 1 travel day.
