Bucharest to Budapest Night Train Refund

I would like to refund my reservation for the NT 472 from Bucarest to Budapest - has anybody been successful in doing this before, and if so how would I go about it.

I would also be happy to swap to the same journey on a different date, if that would be at all possible.
