My friends and I were trying to book seat reservations to travel from Budapest to Split departing the 9th of July. We have de Interrail Global Pass. But, in the website it seems that there are not reservations available for train NT 1880, so I wanted to know if they are going to be available or if they are sold out, and if that is the case what could I do.
Also I would like to know if there are other alternatives that could match my journey.

Train 1880 cannot be booked online. You need to book via e-mail to Croatian railways, see the explanation here:

Also note that this will use 2 travel days of your pass, because you board the night train on a new day.
There should be a direct night train Budapest-Split (using only 1 travel day), running a few times per week and organised by Hungarian railways, but they have not published the timetable yet:

Last year, it ran 2-4 times per week, departure in Budapest at 18:45 and arrival in Split at 9:39.
