I wanted to take the Bus from Chambery to Bourg St. Maurice.
. Do I need to buy a reservation? If yes, where can I buy it?

It’s a rail replacement bus (there are engineering works). Your pass will be valid. Reservation is not possible, and neither would that be for the regional train it replaces.
