Can I book a ticket from Zagreb to Split at a station offline in Prague or Budapest?

I and my friend are planning to travel from Zagreb to Split in a few days. However, the ticket is available in only a paper format and it won't deliver as we are late with the booking. It is suggested on the Eurail app that we buy it offline. We are traveling in Prague and Budapest and probably Ljubljana before that. Can we buy the ticket offline at any of these stations, or do we have to buy it in Croatia itself?

We don't want to risk not getting a booking.

Maybe. The summer season is over, so I wouldn't expect the train to be full.

By the way, the cost of the reservation in Croatia is only around 1 (one!) euro, so 15 euros for ordering online is quite prohibitive...
