You can reserve Eurostar via the reservation service of Eurail or via B-Europe online (For B-Europe you need a PassCoverNumber if you book on their page) another way is to visit a Ticket office in Netherlands,Belgium,France :) or call one of these railcompanies
You can also call NS for Eurostar reservations (also see my other post).
