Need some help please, Im trying to reserves seats from Bolzano to Munich leg, but the system saids that
“ONE OF THE LEGS OF
YOUR JOURNEY
COULD NOT BE
BOOKED.” Please send attached picture.

Is this a system error? How could I reserve a seat, kindly advise, thank you very much.

Hey you can reserve directly via bahn.com (4,50€/journey 2nd class. 5,90€/journey 1st class) or ÖBB oebb.at (3€/train) with the seat only option. Please keep in mind that this train do have only optional reservation, but in Summer it is highly recommend to buy a reservation.
This train but needs for the Italian part a 10€ fee in 2nd class (15€ in 1st). You can buy this online via oebb.at with the one way ticket option and at adult choose as discount Interrail/Eurail Global Pass. Or also at Ticket desks of ÖBB or at Deutsche Bahn or Trenitalia. Last two give you a reservation for free.
