I’m trying to get the seat reservations travelling from Madrid to Paris, but in the first train (Madrid-Barcelona) it tells me that I can’t get it in the interrail web, and reservation is compulsory, does anyone knows what I have to do? Also, in many other train travels it just tells me there is no information of reservations, so I don’t know if I have to get one somehow.

It seems usted es ESpanoil-so get on the eco-friendly bike and visit a RENFE. They will likely ask you to show pass and a valid travelday. (you may also use autobus de cidade or metro)
