Hello,

When I try to book my seats, I get all tickets with “Not avaiable for some travellers”. Do you know wher it comes from ?

You are trying to make a reservation from France to Germany, but with a One Country Pass for Hungary you only travel within Hungary.

If you want to use your pass from France to Germany you need a Global Pass.

You need to make an exchange of your pass. This will cost 15 EUR unless you bought Plus with the pass.

Here you can read more about making an exchange.

What type of pass do you have?

What is your country of residence?

I don’t really understand why I bought that, I followed the map on the website and that’s what it adviced me...

With a pass for Hungary you are allowed to travel in Hungary.

I don't think that comes unexpected. So you can't travel in France or Germany as you'd like to do.
