I can’t make reservations through eurail/interail. You can’t progress past “continue to traveller details”. The community suggests making them through individual websites but OBB etc say they aren’t available. How do I make reservations on the following trains/route (photo attached)

You should be able to reserve through the reservations portal of Interrail/Eurail. if this does not work, please contact customer service support. Let me remind you that seat reservations can always be done at the train station of departure.
For the specific route London - Paris, you can use this link to make seat reservations. You will need a Pass Cover Number, which you can request here for Interrail Passes and here for Eurail Passes if you don't have a mobile Pass.
