can‘t remove seat reservation from cart

Hi, so I was putting some seat reservations in my cart on the website and was using my 4 free credits. As I was browsing for more, it said that my old ones where expired and that I would have to remove them from my cart. Problem was that I actually couldn‘t remove them and it told me to try again later. So I tried again the next day and it still didn‘t work. Now I‘m stuck because I can‘t get my credits back and I somehow can‘t even book reservations with money because the other ones are still in my cart. 
Anybody have the same problem and know how to fix this?

my trip is in a week and I don‘t know what to do.

I believe this bug has already been reported (but not solved yet).

For the free reservations with credits, there's not much you can do other than contact support at https://eurail.zendesk.com/hc/en-001/requests/new

For the ones you're willing to pay (i.e. ones that could sell out soon such as Eurostar, TGVs or night trains) follow this guide. Always better to book through the railway company when possible.

Removing cookies for interrail.eu may work.


Hello, unfortunately we have exactly the same problem. Previously added trains to our shopping bag have now expired, but can neither be removed nor renewed. What can we do now? Our 4 credits that we were given are also no longer available. Have you solved the problem somehow? It would be great if someone has a tip!

Have you removed the cookies for interrail.eu, like I suggested above? If so, did that remove the expired reservations and did you get your credits back?


So, when the problem first occured, I logged into the reservation website from my DiscoverEu app. But when I logged in on another tab from my rail planner app, my cart was fine all of a sudden, no problems with the credits. So I just quickly booked all of them in that tab before they could expire again.
