I know the train is running, timetable has not changed

Hi Lucy, I’m having the same problem on the same route (IC to Montpellier). I wonder, did you find a solution to this? I contacted the support already, but no reply yet.

Ok I got a reply from customer support, in case it helps anybody else:

They told me to use the booking tool here https://travel.b-europe.com/Eurail-GE/en/booking-tgv#TravelWish
