Cannot find train connection in App

I made a reservation from Torino to Bologna tomorrow. The train leaves at 15:50 but i can’t find it in my railplanner. What should i do?

Itis in my rail planner app. It starts from Torino Porta Susa at 15:50, arrival in Bologna Centrale 18:09. Ar you looking from the correct rail station in Torino?

That's what i thought and is indeed my train but can’t find it in my railplanner.

If you still can't find it in your app, check if there are app updates. There was a timetable update for the app a few days ago.

Still doesn’t show up. I updated the app but the 15:50 train departing from Turino Porta Susa is not on the list. 

Suddenly it’s there! I don’t know what did the trick. Thanks for helping!

By the way, you can always add a train manually to your trip/pass.
