Did you check availability in Lille (Fr) via ordinary TGV trains to Paris?
You can get to Lille by local trains in Belgium. Either Via Gent, Kortrijk/Courtrai or Tournai/Doornik.
You might want to leave earlier than 20h00 though with that option.
also possible is to use TGV services to Paris CDG Airport from Brussel.
