As far as I know there are no direct trains from Italy to Paris.
There are direct trains Milan-Paris. Online booking is only possible via Eurail. For other ways to book, see:

As far as I know there are no direct trains from Italy to Paris. ÖBB can't book trains to France so that's why it doesn't work there. You need to split the reservation in at least two parts.
