Cannot reserve seats for TGV from Paris to Bordeaux

Hello all,

We cannot reserve seats for the TGV from Paris to Bordeaux - has anyone else had issues with this? I checked on availability before booking the one month pass, but as soon as I purchased it said the reservations were no longer available.
