Cant delete seat reservation from cart

For some reason, the website doesn’t let me delete a trip from my cart (a seat reservation I haven’t checked out). Because of that, it assumes I have used the two credits I have left, so I can’t book any other trips.

Maybe cart is emptied if you delete cookies for eurail.com? In any case, if removing doesn't work, it's probably a bug, so contact customer support:

Reservations for the train in the screenshot (and for France in general) are best made on www.raileurope.com (use "Add rail pass”). It's also cheaper there, more so if you pay in euros.

What happens when you try to delete it? Is there any error and if so, could you please post a screenshot?

Are you travelling with DiscoverEU? The contact them for help? Only DiscoverEU uses reservation credits.

I’m not. I don’t have any credits. I just can’t delete anything from my cart even though it shows they are expired.. but they are still part of the total price..

Hi gmac & Gisele - did you get this problem resolved? I have the same issue today. Didn’t notice site had changed the date for a return trip I was booking so need to delete from cart. It has now expired but getting same message saying I can’t delete it. I’m waiting on a reply from customer support just now


I am having the same problem.   I have contacted support……….. not very supportive just keeps sending text messages
