Cant find booked reservations

Hey there,

me and my friends are doing our first Interrail Trip this year. We booked the reservations about one month ago. Before doing that, the friend who booked it added us to the trip and then booked the trains. My problem ist, that the others cant find the reservations in their account. So our “trips” are also empty. My question is; can we activate our pass with an “empty” trip? We have all reservations as an PDF file (one for each person), but not in the App.

Do we still need to do something else, or can we just start our trip, after activating the pass with an empty trip?

(Dont know if it matters, but we´ve got an Interrail Global Pass)

First of all, there is no connection between the reservations and the app with your Trip.

Have you looked at the info about the mobile pass?

You'll need to connect the journey to your pass, just before boarding the train.
