i could only get seat reservations from Brussels to CDG for my travel date. The site is then charging 23 euro for a 12 minute ride to Disneyland. Do I need reservations?

No-that ride, only possible on TGV-going on to southern FRance takes nearly or just over 2 hrs-where you get the 13 mins from ?
TGV cost 10€ extra if lucky and IN quota-or more for not and over border-plus app also charges extra fee-to avoid by calling SNCF direct-or visiting NMBS counter.
CDG is the main airpt of Paris, so are you confused or is it something else? TGV are not meant for short rides-there are shuttle buses for such families.
