Hello, I booked a seat reservation from Marseilles to Paris on the TGV. I want to get on at the Aix en Provence station for the same train along the route. How can I change or do I need to change the seat reservation?

If you are in France go to a ticket office for help. I think Aix has ticket barriers so your reservation from Nice won’t open them. You’ll have to hope the staff will let you through. It very much depends on who’s on duty when you arrive. If you can speak French you’ll have a better chance!
