Hi there. Yesterday I had to change my pass to other phone and I loose all my trains. I had a train from Amsterdam to Munich which had a change at 23:55, now it has changed and the departure is at 00:14, and I can’t take ir because count as 2 days travelling. I already have a reservation at the 23:55 train, do I need the RailPlaner QR to get on the train? Thank you!

You can always enter the 23:55 train manually. You had already planned and booked this train, so if the railways change the timetable later, then that should not be your problem, and especially not cause extra costs.

What's your travel date? I suppose you were planning to use ICE 619 from Köln Hbf? Maybe you can change a bit earlier.

Yes, you need the QRcode to travel with the train, otherwise you don't have a valid ticket.

Yes it was that train from Köln. I’m travelling the 14th of July. When I search for the 23:55 train it doesn’t appear, not even on the train company. I don’t know how to enter a train manually. Thank you very much.

The 23:55 departure isn't there anymore because it has changed. You can add a train manually by scrolling to the bottom in the planner results, and then tapping on "Add it manually”.
