I want to do an intrarail in italy, can anyone tell me if the interrail pass gives access to the cinque terre trains?

Si, yes, why not? Its TrenItalia.
For only some trips in this region is pass is not worth it-local tickets are far cheaper (even though it seems they are double price in this area in main season)
