Compensation for missing 1st class carriage / reservation


I reserved two seats on the TGV 8362 from La Rochelle to Paris in 1st class. As the train was replaced with a different composition of carriages we were no longer able to travel in 1st class.

Are we able to get any compensation as we couldn’t travel 1st class or any refund on our reservations?

So far there has not been any delay, just a packed train with lots of stress!

That should be possible; you should contact SNCF customer service.
