Connection between account and app - reservation visible in both

I wonder why I can´t see my reservations in the Railplanner App which I make via my Eurail account? In the account I got now some Tickets to Print? Is it possible to move these Reswervations to the app and to connect it with my pass?

Reservations do not show up in the app.

    Reservations do not show up in the app.

    Please ask questions in the community and not via a private message. That's the quickest way to get a response. I don't work for Eurail/Interrail.
