Hello Luis! Once you have submitted a DCR is forwarded to our relevant department. I am afraid that you do not get a confirmation email, though.

Du kannst das NUR machen im dafür vorgesehene Formular-und zuerst: dabei kann mann eine lange Liste anklicken mit wieviel berechtigt ist-mit eine continue-Pass muss mann mindestens 3x 1 St Delay haben um überhaupt etwas zu kriegen. Es gelten also NICHt die normale DB-Berechnung.
Meist lohnt es gar nicht. Ausserdem sind die Daten dabei hoch zu laden.
Auf @mails wird nicht reagiert vom service-die sind mit zu wenig und haben es viel zu tun mit alles andere. Auch wenn du ein paar € rÚckbekommst, dann kann das Monate andauern.
Und ja, eben wenn ich kein DE bin, weiss ich mittlerweile das PKW-lose anscheinend diese FGR als liebstes Kind dabei haben
