I’m currently on a delayed train started from innsbruck to Verona porta nuova and we reached Trento station which we were delayed for over 1 hour which means we have now missed our connecting train and paid seat reservations that we have missed now. What happens now? 

Speak to staff on the train if possible (at the latest in the train station).

They'll issue you a new reservation free of charge for the next available train (whether in 1st or 2nd class).
