Hello! I'm leaving soon on my Interrail pass. I want to take a train from Paris to Luxembourg on the morning of June 28th. But it says the information isn't available. What should I do? How do I reserve a seat? Or can I get on without a reserved seat?

Ugh another issue on the Interrail website... (I can reproduce it as well)

Interrail.eu isn’t the best place to book seats as they charge extra fees. Rail Europe can do it for 20€.
You cannot board without a seat reservation. Either it is checked on the platform (no access to the train) or you get a hefty fine onboard.
