Do I need to buy interconnecting tickets?

Hi! I have bought my Eurail Pass, added my Bologna to Riomaggiore trip, and paid for the one fast train service from Bologna to Florence.

What I’m confused about is there are 3 other trains: Florence to Pisa, Pisa to La Spezia, and La Spezia to Riomaggiore.

These three trains don’t need seat reservations.

Do I need to buy tickets for these trains or does my pass QR work for them? I can see them all listed under the pass ticket but I didn’t want to run into any issues on board.

If you have a pass, then you never buy additional tickets for trains that are fully covered by your pass. Your pass is your ticket and the QR code in the app is proof of your ticket. You may need an additional seat reservation, e.g. for the high speed trains in Italy. For trains that don't have seat reservations, you just add the train to your pass, you board and find a seat.
