+8All your passport checks (UK exit & Schengen entry with EES) will be done in London before you board the Eurostar. When you arrive in Brussels, you just walk off the train.
There’s usually a Deutsche Bahn train to Cologne 20 minutes after you arrive in Brussels, and the connection is fine. It’s an official connection.
