I am American and will be taking the train from London to Frankfurt in April, changing trains in Bruxelles-Midi (Belgium). How much time will I need to change trains in Bruxelles-Midi incorporating the time needed for the new EES system. Thank you.

+9All your passport checks (UK exit & Schengen entry with EES) will be done in London before you board the Eurostar. When you arrive in Brussels, you just walk off the train.
There’s usually a Deutsche Bahn train to Cologne 20 minutes after you arrive in Brussels, and the connection is fine. It’s an official connection.
