We bought a global eurail pass and will be arriving at Heathrow and taking a train to Paddington on our way to Bath. I am fairly certain the Pass does not cover the Heathrow Express but does cover the Elizabeth Line. At Heathrow, how, specifically, do you validate the Eurail Global Pass to ride the Elizabeth Line? It doesn’t seem like the travel planner feature of the app includes the Elizabeth Line . Do we have to stop at a ticket window to validate the pass for this trop?

The travel planner does include the Elizabeth Line.
You didn't specify what kind of pass you have. But as you did mention the app I think it's a mobile pass. If yes: You do activate it by yourself.
