Hi, trying to book tickets from Brussels to London but our paper pass codes are not recognised by the system, seems there are too many numbers? I understand it is not always necessary to book in advance but I’m travelling with my son so need to book for piece of mind. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Which system do you mean? Do you have a screenshot?
Booking Eurostar in advance is very wise since pass holder seats often sell out in advance.
The Paper passes have a special passnr on the backside= I or E with 8 digits. You need this if you FONE B-rail for a REServ. You have as holder of mobile pass to contact ´service´, quote for when, and hope+pray for answer-it remains till now an utter mystery why they do it this cumbersome way-dirty minds thus suspect they want that extra 2€ fee.
You can also do it online via b-rail for €*, ONLY for complete global passes, without this nr, but have to pay an extra 4€ on top of the 30€ fee for the supplmt. But calling b-rail and waiting for >30 mins may also cost you.Just google ´b-rail booking eurostar´ and scroll all down the page (sorry, I dk how it comes in the /en/
Note-if this is maybe the only trip to make on 1 day-currently there are 35€ promotional fares too for summer.

Hi, thanks for your reply, the pass code number is not recognised and says it is invalid on the b- Europe booking system.
You can call b-europe. No need of Pass Cover Number.
https://www.b-europe.com/EN/Contact
If you have a mobile pass, you need to contact Customer Support, preferably through this form, and ask for the Pass Cover Number if you need it.
https://eurail.zendesk.com/hc/en-001/requests/new
Customer Support is currently overloaded with requests so you will probably have to be patient to get help. Please let Customer Support know what date your travel will start or if you are currently travelling so that they can prioritise the request correctly.
You should be able to book French trains by phone at SNCF. No need of Pass Cover Number.
https://www.sncf.com/en/customer-service/contact-us/telephone
Press #85 for English, no booking fees, reservations are sent via e-mail.
Best is to call SNCF. Their phone number is cheaper.
