I'm trying to book a train to go from Italy to Vienna that requires a mandatory reservation, but I couldn't take it at that time and it expired, and it stayed in the shopping cart, but I tried to remove it to add that same train, since it asks me to do that, and it doesn't let me delete it, it gives me an error, and I've been like this for about 4 days.

This bug is already known and should be solved at some point. Now instead book your reservations through the railway company, you'll save money too (no fees). See https://www.seat61.com/interrail-and-eurail-reservations.htm
Note that a 10€ supplement (15€ 1st) is required on daytime RJ trains between Italy and Austria. Available on ÖBB.

Hello, unfortunately we have exactly the same problem. Previously added trains to our shopping bag have now expired, but can neither be removed nor renewed. What can we do now?
