When I select the reservation (Oslo to Myrdal, Norway) the only choice is mailed delivery of a paper ticket. With $10 shipping the total is over $22. Why isn’t there an option for electronic delivery like most others?

Nevermind. I got on the railline website and got it electronically.
Don't book reservations via Eurail if you can avoid it. Instead, use this page as a guide:
