Eurail reservations not showing up in Rail Planner app

Can anyone help? I’ve bought several reservations on the website and they show up. But they do not show up in the app. What do I do?

Should they show up in the app? What does booking confirmation say?

(I never use Interrail to book reservations because of the added fees.)

@pdawg17  reservations usually doesn´t show up in the app :/ You usually get them as PDF by E-Mail or in case of Paperreservations they will be shipped to the adress you gave during the booking process :)

Hi, reservations are not meant to show up in the App. You will receive your reservations either by mail (in paper) or by email (as e-ticket) and you just need to take them along when travelling.
